Terms of Service for Hourly Graphic Design, Website Maintenance, and Marketing Services

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the provision of general graphic design, website updates and maintenance, marketing services, and other general add-on hourly work ("Services") provided by Creative Link Inc ("Company"). The Services are offered on a prepaid credit system basis. By purchasing credits, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Purchasing and Using Credits

2.1 Credit Purchase

Clients are required to pre-purchase hourly credits which will be added to their account. These credits can then be applied towards the requested Services.

  • Minimum Purchase: The minimum number of hours that can be purchased is 4 hours, unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Additional Options: Clients may also choose to purchase increments of 8 hours or a bulk option of 40 hours.

2.2 Credit Usage

  • Application: Once purchased, credits will be applied to the Client’s account and can be used to cover the costs associated with any invoices for the Services provided.
  • Duration: Credits are valid for use within 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable: Credits are generally non-refundable. Refunds for unused credits will only be issued if the termination of the service agreement is initiated by our Company, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure events. In such cases, these refunds are available within one year of the credit purchase. No refunds will be provided if the termination is initiated by the Client.

3. Invoicing and Payment

3.1 Invoice Issuance

  • Requesting Credits: Once credits are requested and approved, we will issue an invoice for the requested amount of credits.
  • Payment: Full payment of the invoice is required for the credits to be added to the Client’s account.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Due Date: Upon receipt of the invoice, payment must be made within 30 days, otherwise the invoice will expire and you can request that we issue you a new one.
  • Payment Method: Accepted methods of payment will be specified in the Client Area.

4. Terms of Service for Work Performed

4.1 Scope of Services

  • Services Covered: The purchased credits can be applied towards general graphic design, website design and content updates, website maintenance, general marketing services, training, and other general hourly work. This does not include initiating new projects.

4.2 Service Delivery

  • Work Commencement: Work will commence upon the successful application of credits towards the specific service as requested by the Client.
  • Reporting: Details of the work performed and the hours deducted will be reported to the Client in the Client Area.

5. General Provisions

5.1 Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and will apply to any credits purchased following the date of modification.

5.2 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
